Bu gizlilik politikası, MESA İMALAT SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. (“Mesa İmalat”, “biz” veya “şirket”) tarafından sunulan Mesa Ürün Kataloğu mobil uygulamasına ilişkindir.

2. Toplanan Veriler

Uygulamamız kişisel veri toplamamaktadır. Özellikle:

• Hesap kaydı veya oturum açma gerektirmez.
• Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası gibi kişisel veriler işlenmez. Konum verisi ise yalnızca anlık hava durumu sorgusu için yerel olarak kullanılır ve asla kaydedilmez.
• Üçüncü taraf analitik veya reklam SDK’sı içermez.
• Çerez veya kullanıcı takibi yapılmaz.

3. Cihaz İzinleri

Kamera ve Hareket Sensörleri

Artırılmış Gerçeklik (AR) özelliği için iOS’un yerleşik ARKit/QuickLook altyapısı kullanılır. Bu özelliği etkinleştirdiğinizde yalnızca Apple’ın kendi sistemi kamera ve hareket sensörüne erişir; Mesa İmalat bu veriye erişmez ve depolamaz.

İvmeölçer / Jiroskop

Dijital Şakul aracı yalnızca cihazın eğim verilerini uygulama içinde anlık kullanır; bu veri sunucuya gönderilmez veya kaydedilmez.

Konum

Rüzgar Asistanı aracı, hava durumu API çağrısı için yalnızca cihazın GPS konumunu anlık sorgular. Konum bilgisi depolanmaz, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

4. İnternet Bağlantısı

Uygulama, ürün görselleri ve 360° içerik için mesaimalat.com.tr ve ar.mesaimalat.com.tr alan adlarına bağlanır. Bu bağlantılar yalnızca içerik yüklemek amacıyla kurulur; kişisel veri iletimi yapılmaz.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

• Apple ARKit / QuickLook – AR deneyimi (Apple Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir)
• Open-Meteo API – Anonim hava durumu sorgusu (konum iletilir, kişisel veri iletilmez)
• YouTube Embed – Video içeriği (Google/YouTube Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir)

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubuna ait kişisel veri kasıtlı olarak toplanmaz.

7. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu politika güncellendiğinde yeni versiyon bu sayfada yayımlanır. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulabilir.

This privacy policy applies to the Mesa Product Catalog mobile application provided by MESA İMALAT SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. (“Mesa İmalat”, “we”, or “the company”).

2. Data We Collect

Our app does not collect personal data. Specifically:

• No account registration or sign-in is required.
• No personal data such as name, email address, or phone number is processed. Location data is used only locally for an on-demand weather query and is never stored.
• No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are included.
• No cookies or user tracking are used.

3. Device Permissions

Camera & Motion Sensors

The Augmented Reality (AR) feature relies on Apple’s built-in ARKit/QuickLook framework. When you activate AR, only Apple’s system accesses the camera and motion sensors. Mesa İmalat does not access or store this data.

Accelerometer / Gyroscope

The Digital Level tool uses the device’s tilt data locally and in real time within the app. This data is never sent to a server or stored.

Location

The Wind Assistant tool queries the device GPS location momentarily to call a weather API. Location data is not stored or shared with third parties.

4. Internet Connectivity

The app connects to mesaimalat.com.tr and ar.mesaimalat.com.tr to load product images and 360° content. These connections are used solely for content delivery; no personal data is transmitted.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple ARKit / QuickLook – AR experience (Apple Privacy Policy applies)
• Open-Meteo API – Anonymous weather query (location is sent, no personal data)
• YouTube Embed – Video content (Google/YouTube Privacy Policy applies)

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from this age group.

7. Changes to This Policy

When this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page. Significant changes may be announced via an in-app notification.
