MESA-LOCK is a versatile scaffolding system that can be used as a work scaffold or slab formwork in all types of construction projects. All components of the system are hot dip galvanized, and it is widely preferred due to its fast assembly advantage. The core feature of the MESALOCK Work Scaffolding System is its point-locking method. With this feature, four horizontal components can be locked to a vertical component simultaneously with a single hammer strike, without the need for any bolts, nuts or wedges.

The locking point consists of two components referred to as “cups”. The lower cup is welded to the vertical component at 50 cm intervals. The upper cup is placed over the vertical component in a sliding position. For assembly, the horizontal components are first inserted freely but securely into the lower cup using forged parts called “claws” located at both ends. Then, the upper cup is slid down and secured with a single hammer strike, completing the locking point. In this way, a strong and safe connection is achieved in a short amount of time.

This unique locking method offers faster and simpler onsite assembly compared to all other scaffolding systems. The speed achieved during scaffolding assembly and disassembly results in time and labor savings, which in turn significantly reduces overall project costs. The design and production of the MESA-LOCK Work Scaffolding System are carried out in accordance with British Standards (BS).

The system is manufactured from high-quality steel and provides long-lasting protection with a hot-dip galvanized coating. All horizontal and vertical tubes have a diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 3.25 mm.
