Universal standard panels of REVOLA system are also used to create adjustable column form system. Standard column form will provide adjustment to cast concrete sections from 300x300mm up to 1000x1000mm at every 50mm increments by the help of the holes drilled on the panels. This system is supported by the standard push-pull props of REVOLA systems. The sytem has the highest concrete pressure capacity among similar panel systems. All frames are hot dip galvanised for extended lifetime.
The flexible structure of the REVOLA System also allows it to be used as adjustable column formwork. Thanks to the adjustment holes on the standard column panel, column cross-sections ranging from 200 x 200 mm to 1050 x 1050 mm can be cast using the same formwork in 50 mm increments.
The column formwork is supported using the standard contour clips of the REVOLA System. The concretecontact surfaces of the system panels are manufactured using 4 mm thick S275 grade steel sheets. When used in accordance with the operating instructions, the steel panels allow for over 500 castings without requiring significant maintenance.
