Mesa Imalat designs steel molds for both horizontal and vertical casting of precast concrete elements used in industrial and superstructure projects. Precast facades and similar elements are cast horizontally on vibrating hydraulic tables and are removed vertically from the molds. The key advantages of prefabricated facade elements include a high-quality concrete surface, labor cost savings, and reduced variety in construction materials.

In addition to facade formworks, Mesa Imalat also manufactures horizontal and vertical casting molds for stairs, landings, roofs, and balcony parapets. Battery formwork system designs are also available for various elements. The product range includes precast X-Leg molds for cooling towers.

Alongside the production of these molds, Mesa Imalat provides engineering services for anchorage, lifting, and handling elements.
