Technical Details

With this system, reinforced concrete sleeper elements are produced, which are laid perpendicular to the rails at specific intervals, in accordance with the freight transfer model used in railways. These elements distribute the forces carried by the rails over a wider surface to the ballast layer, determine and maintain the track gauge, and keep the line aligned against lateral forces.

Sleepers used in rail systems are manufactured in various types based on technical and economic criteria such as axle load, speed, traction power, and cost. Sleepers used in rail systems are categorized into three groups: wooden, steel, and reinforced concrete.

In high-speed train line projects, B07 or B70 concrete sleepers are used. The production of these sleepers is carried out using high-precision molds. These molds are manufactured either directly in line with customer requirements or as a result of joint work with the customer according to the scope of the project.

Sleeper molds are produced and inspected using high-precision CNC machines.
