Overview
Technical Details

The FLEXO Adjustable Steel-Surfaced Wall Formwork System is designed for circular reinforced concrete walls with diameters of 5 meters or more.

Panels are delivered pre-adjusted to the required diameter in order to minimize assembly time. Highquality concrete surfaces are achieved without the need for additional processing. The concrete-contact surface of the panels is made from 4 mm thick, highly elastic sheet steel, which ensures a long service life.

The FLEXO Wall Formwork is a crane-operated system. When used with the SAS 20FA tie rod, it can withstand a maximum concrete pressure of 80 kN/m².

Diameter adjustments for different radii can be easily performed under site conditions using adapters. These adapters prevent the need for additional drilling on the panels by maintaining fixed tie hole positions.

Thanks to the new standards it introduces, this system offers high concrete quality, strength, and economical solutions.

Advantages:

• Ease of use and maintenance

• Fast assembly

• Occupational safety

• Concrete casting up to 6.5 meters in height

• Practical connection details

• High-quality concrete surface finish

• Long service life

Standard Panel Dimensions

Height (mm): 3000 / 1000 / 500

Width (mm): 2400 (Outer Formwork) / 2170 (Inner Formwork)

Areas of Use

The flexible structure of the FLEXO Wall Formwork System offers a wide range of applications in various construction projects. The system can be reliably used in building, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

Thanks to its modular design, large-surface formwork solutions can be achieved in all types of projects through simple applications. The double-sided adjustment bolts located on the top and bottom beams allow for precise adjustments according to different radii, enabling the system to be easily used in the casting of conical structures as well.

By stacking standard panels, concrete can be poured up to a height of 6.5 meters in a single operation.
