Revola Wall Formwork System is designed for the casting of reinforced concrete structural elements. With its advanced design and new standards, it offers high concrete quality, high strength, and cost-effective solutions. Ease of use and maintenance, along with advantages in storage, are among the prominent features of the system.
The Revola Wall Formwork is a crane-handled system. When used with the SAS 20FA tie rod, it can withstand concrete pressure up to 88 kN/m². Its highpressure resistance significantly reduces the concrete pouring time. The specially designed panel frames are manufactured using closed profiles made of high-strength steel.
In the Revola system, the concrete-contact surfaces of the panels are produced using 4 mm S275 grade steel sheets. When used in accordance with the instructions, the steel panels can be used for over 500 castings without requiring significant maintenance.
Standard Panel Dimensions:
Height (mm): 3300 / 3000 / 2700 / 1500 / 1200 / 600
Width (mm): 1200 / 900 / 750 / 600 / 450 / 300
The flexible structure of the Revola System offers a wide range of applications across various construction projects.
This system can be reliably used in building, infrastructure, and industrial projects. Thanks to its modular design, large-surface formwork solutions can be implemented in all types of projects using simple application methods.
Its durable structure makes it highly suitable for the core walls of high-rise buildings.
