Overview
Technical Details

The HCP Hydraulic Climbing Platform System is used to transport working platforms and formwork to upper floors without the use of a crane especially in high-rise construction projects involving the casting of shear walls.

Advantages:

• Reduces tower crane usage time, thereby increasing production speed.

• More economical compared to the tower crane cost.

• Creates suitable space for material loads.

• Provides a safe working area.

• Consists of standard parts, suitable for reuse in different projects.

• Designed to be used in very high structures and high wind speeds.

• Reduces labor costs.

Areas of Use

The flexible design of the HCP Hydraulic Climbing Platform System allows for a wide range of applications in various construction projects. The system provides a spacious setup area for all types of formwork systems or scaffolding before concrete pouring

Load Calculations and Standards

The steel construction calculations of the HCP System have been carried out in accordance with DIN and FEM (Rules for the Design of Hoisting Appliances) standards. BS (British Scaffolding Standards) have been taken as the basis for platform loads. The materials used comply with international standards and are of S235 and S355 grade. The loading capacities of the platforms are specified in the product user manual.

Wind Speed Limits

Unless otherwise stated in the user manuals, the applicable wind speed limits for the HCP system are as follows:

0-72 km/hour: Wind screens or insulation panels are kept closed. Formwork operations are carried out. Rail and platform climbing operations are performed.

72-100 km/hour: Wind screens and insulation panels are kept closed. Formwork operations cannot be carried out. Rail and platform climbing operations cannot be performed. Formworks must not be connected to each other with opposing ties and should be released.

100-165 km/hour: Wind screens or insulation panels are open. Formwork operations cannot be carried out. Rail and platform climbing operations cannot be performed. Formworks must not be connected to each other with opposing ties and should be released.
